If you are not completely satisfied with your photos for whatever reason, you could request for reprint within a 10 days period. Simply call our hotline at (852) 2406 3182 or email at service@urphoto.com for reprint photo information; we will reprint the same photos again absolutely free of charge.
To get your photos reprinted, simply bring the photos along with your
e-receipt to your original pickup Circle K Convenience Store, the reprint pick-up time will be informed by our staff.
The "10 Days Reprint Guarantee" does not apply to other printed products and digital image gifts including, but not limited to, Photobooks, Cool Cards, Cool Jumbo Cards, Cool Mugs, Cool Cushions, etc.
NOTE :
- Please contact us via phone or e-mail to arrange reprint service.
- 10 Days Reprint Guarantee Policy is applicable for Hong Kong orders ONLY.
- Refunds are not applicable to ALL transactions.
- Each transaction can only make use of the reprint service once.
- In the event of dispute, the decision(s) of UR Photo Ltd. shall be final.
